You may use the Platform to prepare for competitive exams through our tests, courses, and study resources. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems.
• Copy, redistribute, or resell platform content without written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

All content on the Platform — including questions, explanations, videos, study material, and branding — is owned by RG Education or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content outside the Platform.

Tests and quizzes on the Platform must be attempted honestly. Sharing test questions, using unauthorized aids, or otherwise cheating during an assessment may result in the invalidation of results and suspension of your account.

Prices for courses, test series, and other paid products are displayed at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Billing is processed through our secure payment partners.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that content will guarantee any specific exam outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RG Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
