Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing on RG Education. This policy explains when a refund is available, how to request one, and how long it takes — so there are no surprises if your plans change.

• Test series / mock tests — No refund once any test in the series has been attempted.
• PDF bundles — No refund once the PDF or bundle has been downloaded.
• Courses — Refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• Mentorship programmes — Refundable within 3 days of enrollment.

Email support@rgeducationofficial.com with your Order ID and the reason for the refund request. Our team will verify eligibility based on the criteria above.

Processing time: 5–7 business days from approval.

• Any test series or mock test once attempted.
• Any PDF or study material once downloaded.
• Promotional or discounted purchases marked as final sale.
• Courses where 20% or more content has already been accessed.

Once a refund is approved, funds are returned via the original payment method:

• UPI — 2–4 business days.
• Debit/Credit Card — 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
• Net Banking — 5–7 business days.
